Yes, we are still accepting orders.
In these tough times, we need to remain positive. We encourage you to reflect on your cherished memories. Use this time to start creative projects that have been left pending. Keep kids entertained by creating a photobook of their latest birthday party. Spread joy to your friends by creating magnets of your favorite shared experiences.
Our entire team is working from home and is available to answer any queries you may have.
When will I receive my order?
All orders will be processed in the order they have been received. We currently anticipate re-opening the factory in mid-April. Our factory staff is eager to start production of your photo gifts and we hope to send your order to you as soon as possible.
Please note, due to Covid lockdown restrictions, deliveries may take 15 to 20 days. Rest assured, we are working as hard as we can to minimize any possible delays.
What hygiene measures have you implemented?
We have taken additional measures to improve our already high standards of hygiene. Work stations are being disinfected throughout the day. In addition, areas where supplies enter and parcels are picked up by couriers are deep cleaned regularly.
Can you deliver to someone else?
Of course. We love making your loved ones smile. If you'd like to surprise someone you miss with a photo gift, we are happy to package it safely and deliver to their door. Make sure to put their address down when you place the order.
